Sauvie Shrubs always has a minimum of two seasonal flavors in rotation each month. These vibrant and diverse Shrubs highlight the local Sauvie fruits, vegetables, herbs and often include a variety of spices. They are ever-changing to reflect the seasonal bounty of the island. Previous batch flavors have included: Yellow Raspberry Lavender, Blackberry, Beet and Thai Basil, Apple Cinnamon and Pear Cardamom.
