WE are committed to environmental stewardship

Through our daily operations and planned initiatives, we work hard to make sure our impact on the environment is a positive one. Here are some ways you can help support the initiatives we have in place.

BOTTLE RETURN PROGRAM:

We are committed to reusing our bottles. Reusing our bottles reduces resources, pollution and waste and does not require more energy consumption as recycling does. We have a partnership with Bold Reuse: a local zero waste service, who cleans, sanitizes and returns our bottles to us to reuse. We invite you to return your bottles to us at our NW kitchen location, any farmer's market or event we are vending at.

PURCHASE ZERO WASTE:

Several of the products we make are zero-waste products. Using the mash from our shrub-making process we are able to create delectable treats and minimize waste at the same time. Our dusting sugar and fire cider seasoning salt are just two of the products that utilize this process.
